We're shipping on Mondays to Thursdays to cut down on transit time and weekend delays. We ship all over the United States except Alaska. At this time, we do not ship to international destinations. 

Our order processing and fulfillment time is usually between 2 to 3 business days. Botanical Zone is not liable/responsible for any losses, delays, extreme weather conditions or/and damages caused by the shipping carrier.  

If your local temperature is under 0°C (32 °F). Please do not buy it for now, since the plants might freeze during shipping. 

If needed in the colder months, customers MUST purchase their own heat packs from our store. 

When damage happens as a result of cold weather, especially when a heat pack is not purchased, we will not be held liable. We suggest our customers verify the weather forecast before placing an order.

Shipping rates are based on USPS Mailing pricing.
